About the Job:
LegalDelight is expanding its team and looking for a passionate Legal Associate to join their office in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. This position is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will work on diverse areas including commercial contracts, IPR law, corporate compliance, and property due diligence, gaining valuable exposure to real-world transactions and startup advisory.

Eligibility:

• Law graduates (LL.B. or equivalent) with 0 to 2 years of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interest in corporate law, legal documentation, and compliance advisory.
• Good drafting and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for working with startups, investors, and growing businesses.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and strategic documentation.
• Assisting with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, including trademark filings and prosecution.
• Advising on corporate and secretarial compliance requirements.
• Conducting legal and property due diligence for transactions.
• Supporting clients on legal structuring and investment-related matters.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
