Eligibility Criteria

Up to one year of post-qualification litigation experience

Candidates must be based in Delhi

Fresh law graduates with strong academic credentials and a clear inclination toward litigation are encouraged to apply

Roles & Responsibilities

Conducting detailed legal research and case analysis

Drafting pleadings, including complaints, suits, writ petitions, applications, replies, and allied documents

Assisting and appearing before courts and tribunals

Case briefing, file handling, and ensuring procedural compliance

Preferred Skill Set

Prior exposure to court proceedings and drafting work

Strong legal research and drafting capabilities

Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
