Position: Legal Associate (Night Shift)

Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
Work Mode: On‑site (Work from Office Only)
Shift Timings: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Draft n Craft is seeking motivated Indian lawyers — including fresh law graduates and candidates with legal experience — to support US attorneys and law firms in legal document drafting, file management, and related deliverables during compatible night‑shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients and manage project deliverables.

Handle legal work ranging from basic to complex cases (training will be provided).

Draft legal documents such as:

Complaints

Discovery requests & responses

Demands

Motions

Adhere to production and quality milestones as per client requirements.

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M).

Fresh law graduates and candidates with prior legal experience may apply.

Excellent and fluent communication skills.

High energy, proactive attitude, and comfort working night shifts.
