Role Overview
JURAL® is seeking a Legal Associate – Research for an on-site, desk-based role at its Indirapuram office. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about legal research, drafting, litigation support, and legal education. The role involves in-depth research, contract and policy drafting, and transforming complex legal issues into clear, practical content in both Hindi and English.

Designation: Legal Associate – Research
Location: Indirapuram (On-site, Desk Job)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Five days a week
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive legal research on statutes, regulations, case laws, and legal developments
Drafting and vetting contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including commercial and startup-related agreements
Assisting in policy drafting, including internal policies, compliance policies, and startup governance documents
Preparing simplified legal explainers, articles, and YouTube video scripts for public legal awareness
Assisting with court preparation, legal briefs, case summaries, and note drafting
Tracking and analysing judgments, amendments, circulars, and regulatory trends, particularly in securities and commercial laws
Supporting legal work for startups, including documentation, compliance frameworks, and policy structuring
Actively contributing to the firm’s mission of promoting accessible and responsible legal education
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
LL.B. degree
Strong legal drafting and writing skills
Experience or strong interest in contract drafting, vetting, and policy formulation
Genuine interest in legal research, litigation support, and legal content creation
Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a simple, accurate, and practical manner for non-lawyers
High level of commitment, discipline, and professional work ethic
