About the Job:
AAVNA Legal is looking to hire a Legal Associate and a long-term Legal Trainee at its Delhi office. The firm is seeking dedicated individuals with an acumen for commercial, financial, taxation, and IBC disputes. There are two positions available: one Legal Associate (1-2 years PQE) and one Legal Trainee (0-1 year PQE). Long-term candidates for the trainee position will be preferred.

Eligibility:

• For Legal Associate:
  • 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Strong acumen for commercial, financial, taxation, and IBC disputes.
  • Experience in insolvency, taxation, and corporate law matters preferred.
• For Legal Trainee:
  • 0 to 1 year of experience (freshers may apply).
  • Affinity for commercial and financial matters.
  • Long-term candidates will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• For Legal Associate:
  • Handling matters related to Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Taxation, Corporate Law, and Civil disputes.
  • Drafting pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions.
  • Assisting in court proceedings and client advisory.
• For Legal Trainee:
  • Assisting senior associates with legal research and drafting.
  • Supporting case preparation and documentation.
  • Learning and developing skills in commercial and financial matters.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position (Associate) / Long-term traineeship (Trainee).
