Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze various legal contracts such as:
Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)
Extract and validate key data points including termination clauses, renewal dates, and assignment terms.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across documents.
Collaborate with the project team to meet delivery timelines.
Use legal tech tools (training provided) to streamline and automate contract review.
Identify and escalate ambiguities, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: LLB graduates or final-year law students.
Strong understanding of legal and commercial contract terms.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
