About the Role
The firm is seeking a Legal Drafter with strong legal writing and analytical skills to assist its global legal teams. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and researching a variety of legal documents with accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review legal documents including motions, pleadings, affidavits, contracts, and discovery responses
Prepare and format legal correspondence for U.S., U.K., and Canadian jurisdictions
Conduct legal research and summarize relevant case laws, statutes, and regulations
Assist attorneys in trial preparation and document management
Ensure all documents maintain compliance, accuracy, and consistency
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of experience in legal drafting, litigation, or LPO
Excellent command of English and strong legal writing skills
High attention to detail with ability to multitask effectively
Willingness to work the night shift (9 PM – 6 AM)
