Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and maintaining key legal and commercial documents, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Arrangement Letters, and Subcontracting Agreements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining master documentation records, ensuring timely and compliant closure of legal documentation, and supporting negotiations when required.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Applicants should possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrate ownership of responsibilities, and meet organizational expectations with professionalism. Good interpersonal and coordination abilities are essential, and prior experience in legal drafting or documentation will be considered an added advantage.
