Position Details
Role: Legal Manager / Assistant Manager
Location: Hyderabad (South Region)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in litigation, legal recovery, and field visits — preferably in unsecured financial-products
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of litigation proceedings
- Execute legal tools and mechanisms for recovery operations
- Hands-on experience in arbitration, 25 PASSA proceedings, police complaints, Lok Adalat, mediation
- Extensive field exposure for operational legal activities
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in the legal, litigation, or recovery domain — especially within the financial sector and unsecured products
Proven field-level exposure in legal recovery operations
Strong capability to manage litigation and legal tools end-to-end
Immediate availability preferred
Compensation
Salary Range: ₹9–10 LPA + variable pay
