Position: Legal Officer – Corporate Legal & Compliance
Experience: 6+ years of corporate legal experience
Location: Corporate Office, Udaipur, Rajasthan (behind Urban Square Mall)

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the company’s legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape — ensuring smooth business operations and effective legal risk management.
Key Responsibilities
As Legal Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Contract Lifecycle Management
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, vendor agreements, service contracts and MoUs.
Advising on contractual risks and mitigation strategies to protect business interests.
- Dispute and Litigation Coordination
Handling consumer disputes, legal notices, and coordinating with external counsel for litigation and dispute resolution.
Leading responses to legal claims and representing the company’s interests in procedural matters.
- Legal Advisory & Risk Assessment
Acting as the company’s key legal advisor, providing risk assessments and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Advising stakeholders on legal implications of business decisions and operational practices.
- Regulatory Compliance
Ensuring compliance with labour & employment laws, Factories Act, and other statutory regulations relevant to a manufacturing and retail business.
Managing licences, permits, statutory filings and regulatory approvals.
- Internal Governance & Documentation
Conducting internal compliance audits and maintaining accurate legal documentation.
Tracking legal updates and ensuring company policies and SOPs remain aligned with evolving regulations.
Supporting teams with legal inputs for operational checks, documentation workflows, and protocol adherence.
This role combines core in-house corporate law responsibilities with compliance, advisory and operational support — typical of senior legal roles in manufacturing and retail companies.
Who We’re Looking For
LLB/LLM qualified with 7–8 years of corporate legal experience (in-house or law firm).
Experience in manufacturing/industrial/FMCG sectors preferred — familiarity with regulatory and commercial dynamics in such industries is an advantage.
Strong command over corporate law, contract management and dispute resolution.
Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and oversee legal operations end-to-end.
Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills.
