IIFL Finance Limited is seeking Law Graduates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its Corporate Legal Team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates looking to apply their legal expertise in corporate advisory, documentation, and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements

Drafting legal notices and supporting litigation matters

Conducting comprehensive legal research

Examining title and property documents for corporate transactions

Coordinating with business teams and external counsels

Assisting with regulatory and compliance matters as required

Maintaining and managing legal documentation and records

Preferred Experience:

Prior exposure to contract and agreement drafting is highly desirable
