About the Job:
HN Legal, Advocates is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associate to join its growing practice in Mumbai. There are 02 vacancies available. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and written submissions, assisting with case preparation, client coordination, and making court and arbitration appearances. The successful candidate will work across the full spectrum of civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Eligibility:

• LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, written submissions, and other court/arbitration-related documents.
• Assisting with case preparation, client coordination, and court/arbitration appearances.
• Supporting partners and senior associates on ongoing litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Working on matters before the Supreme Court, Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, City Civil Courts, Consumer Courts, and arbitral tribunals.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
