🛠 Key Responsibilities

The Lead – Litigation will be responsible for:

Managing and supervising litigation matters across India.

Overseeing recovery cases and coordinating with external advocates and legal partners.

Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal notices, pleadings, and documents.

Advising internal teams on litigation strategies and recovery matters.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal legal policies.

Maintaining strong professional relationships with legal authorities and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation, recovery, or related legal operations.

Strong knowledge of civil and criminal procedures, Section 138 proceedings, arbitration, and recovery laws.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to efficiently manage multi-location litigation portfolios.
