Role Overview:

The firm is seeking motivated and detail-oriented legal professionals with a sound understanding of dispute resolution and commercial laws. The selected candidates will be actively involved in handling arbitration proceedings, insolvency matters before NCLT/NCLAT, and related commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal notices, and case documents.

Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis.

Assisting in arbitration proceedings and IBC litigation.

Coordinating with clients, counsels, and regulatory authorities.

Managing case timelines and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

1–2 years of post-qualification experience.

Strong foundation in dispute resolution and commercial laws.

Exposure or keen interest in Arbitration and IBC.
