Key Responsibilities

Draft and review commercial and legal agreements

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle efficiently

Support legal compliance and risk mitigation initiatives

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal and business requirements

Requirements

Law Degree (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the service industry

Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risk analysis

Excellent communication, analytical, and independent working skills
