About the Job:
Equilibrio Advisory is looking for a Senior POSH Associate to join their team in a remote working capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting trainings and inquiries in POSH or disciplinary processes, and will be driven by causes like Gender Equality, Child Rights, and DEI. This is a full-time role for someone ready to make a commitment toward building safer, more equitable spaces.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Experienced in conducting trainings and inquiries in POSH or disciplinary processes.
• Driven by causes like Gender Equality, Child Rights, and DEI.
• Ready to make a full-time commitment toward building safer, more equitable spaces.
• Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
• Comfortable with remote working.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting POSH trainings and awareness sessions.
• Conducting inquiries in POSH and disciplinary matters.
• Advising organizations on POSH compliance and policies.
• Working on initiatives related to Gender Equality, Child Rights, and DEI.
• Collaborating with the team to build safer, more equitable spaces.

Duration:
Full-time, remote position.
