About the Job:
Amicus Services is looking for a Tax Associate to join its team in New Delhi. This role is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will handle transfer pricing advisory and compliance, conduct functional analysis and benchmarking, draft submissions for assessments, perform industry research, and support clients on international and domestic tax matters. Candidates with an LL.B./LL.M. or a background in Finance/Accounting are eligible to apply.

Eligibility:

• LL.B./LL.M. or background in Finance/Accounting.
• 0 to 2 years of experience (freshers eligible).
• Strong interest in International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax, and Customs.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling transfer pricing advisory and compliance (Form 3CEB, 3CEAA, etc.).
• Conducting functional analysis, benchmarking, and economic research.
• Drafting submissions and assisting in transfer pricing assessments.
• Performing industry research and preparing reports.
• Supporting clients on international and domestic tax matters.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
