Trainee Associate — Litigation & Corporate

Key Responsibilities

Assist in litigation before High Courts, District Courts, NCLT, and other forums

Prepare pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and research memoranda

Manage matters end-to-end, including coordination with registry, advocates, and officials

Conduct legal research and academic assignments

Handle institutional and in-house responsibilities

Work under strict timelines with high attention to detail

Eligibility Criteria

LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized law school

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience

Strong grounding in core laws, including:

CPC

Arbitration Act

Contract Act

Specific Relief Act

Limitation Act

Insolvency Code

Evidence Act

Strong drafting and analytical skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Professional communication and stakeholder-handling ability

Ownership mindset with commitment to completion of tasks

Additional Requirements

Demonstrated exposure to civil and commercial jurisprudence in India

Familiarity with court procedures across multiple forums

Ability to perform under strict deadlines

Sound academic record

Willingness to undertake research-oriented and institutional work
