About the Role
LawSikho is inviting applications for Trainee Law Associates to join its Evaluations Team. This is a full-time, remote position suited for recent law graduates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven ed-tech environment. The role involves evaluating academic and practical legal submissions across various law courses.

Start Date: Immediate
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)
Mode of Work: Remote
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate student submissions across law courses and practical assignments
Assess answers for legal accuracy, quality of reasoning, and conceptual clarity
Provide structured, precise, and constructive feedback to enhance student learning
Apply predefined evaluation standards across varied assignment formats
Use digital and legal-tech tools to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality
Coordinate with internal academic teams to meet evaluation timelines
Interact with students when required to clarify feedback or resolve academic queries
Eligibility & Requirements
LLB degree from a recognized institution (fresh graduates preferred)
Strong foundation in legal concepts with high attention to detail
Ability to critically analyze written legal responses and identify gaps or errors
Familiarity with AI tools and legal-tech platforms for research, review, and productivity
Understanding of leveraging technology without compromising legal accuracy
Capability to work independently in a remote, structured work environment
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Exposure to contract drafting, corporate laws, IPR, or applied legal work
Prior experience using AI tools for legal research, drafting, or review
