Role Overview
Juris LPO is seeking a seasoned U.S. Personal Injury Paralegal capable of independently managing legal support tasks from pre-litigation through litigation. The successful candidate will integrate into a fast-growing team and deliver high-quality paralegal services to U.S. law firm clients.
Key Responsibilities
A U.S. Personal Injury Paralegal at Juris LPO will be expected to:
Provide end-to-end paralegal support for personal injury matters, from pre-litigation through active case management and litigation support.
Draft legal demands, client correspondence and case filings in accordance with U.S. legal standards.
Review and analyse medical records and other evidence for relevance and admissibility.
Assist with discovery processes and document organisation.
Prepare or support pleadings, court paperwork and case updates.
Maintain thorough case management, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
These tasks align with core paralegal functions in the U.S., where legal assistants support attorneys directly in substantive legal work without requiring full attorney status.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in U.S. Personal Injury law and litigation support.
Demonstrated ability to handle pre-litigation and litigation tasks independently.
Skill in drafting demands, pleadings and legal documents relevant to injury cases.
Experience with medical records review, discovery and case management workflows.
Comfortable working in U.S. time zones and prepared to start immediately.
Strong communication skills and professional approach to client-driven deadlines.
