Position Overview
The Legal Savvy is seeking final-year law students for a minimum three-month in-office traineeship. The programme offers direct exposure to real client matters, structured mentorship, and the opportunity to earn a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
Position Details
Designation: Legal Trainee
Mode: In-Office
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Eligibility: Final-year law students (Graduating 2025)
Stipend: Performance-based
PPO: Available for high performers
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws
Assist in drafting legal notices, settlement agreements, and client communications
Support negotiations and dispute resolution with financial institutions and clients
Prepare case summaries and maintain documentation
Track updates related to debt recovery and financial regulations
Interact with clients under supervision to understand requirements
Assist with business development and client onboarding
Participate in team collaboration and in-office meetings
Eligibility Criteria
Final-year BBA LL.B. (5-year) or LL.B. (3-year) students graduating in 2025
Basic knowledge of contract law, banking laws, and financial disputes
Strong research and drafting skills
Fluency in Telugu (mandatory) and English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
Residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana
Availability for a minimum three-month in-office commitment
