Associate (A2/A3): 2–5 years of post-qualification experience

Senior Associate: 5–8+ years of experience

Key Experience & Skills Required

Deep experience in domestic and international arbitration

Excellent drafting skills: pleadings, Statements of Claim (SoC) / Statements of Defence (SoD), and written submissions

Familiarity with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act

Exposure to institutional arbitration rules (e.g., ICC, LCIA, SIAC, DIAC)

Sectoral expertise in Infrastructure, Construction, Energy, or Commercial Disputes

Prior experience at a top-tier or well-regarded law firm is preferred
