Role Overview
We are assisting the firm in identifying an Associate Partner to strengthen its Insolvency & Restructuring practice.
This is a leadership-track opportunity for legal professionals aiming to scale their practice and lead high-value mandates within a reputable platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and independently handle complex IBC matters, including NCLT/NCLAT proceedings
Drive resolution processes and represent creditors strategically
Provide end-to-end advisory on insolvency and restructuring transactions
Engage directly with clients and contribute to business development
Draft pleadings, submissions, and commercial agreements with precision
Mentor and lead junior associates within the practice
Experience & Expertise Required
Proven hands-on experience in IBC matters
Track record of managing high-stakes insolvency and restructuring mandates independently
Strong advocacy, drafting, and commercial acumen
Client-facing capability with a strategic approach to relationship-building and business development
