Position: Associate Advocate
Experience Required: 5–7 years of active litigation practice
Practice Focus: Bombay High Court, NCLT and Arbitration matters
Openings: 1+ (based on hiring needs)

Role Highlights & Responsibilities
As an Associate Advocate at The Law Suits, you will be expected to:
Draft a wide range of legal documents including petitions, suits, applications, replies, written submissions, legal notices, etc.
Provide strong legal research and case strategy support for complex matters.
Manage litigation independently and handle court/tribunal work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Appear in hearings and coordinate effectively with senior counsel, clients and stakeholders.
Contribute to advocacy across multiple forums (High Court, NCLT, arbitration panels) with professional rigour and procedural knowledge.
This aligns with roles typically expected of experienced advocates in litigation firms, where courtroom presence, drafting precision, and strategic thinking are core competencies.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
LL.B. or equivalent degree with license to practice in India.
5–7 years’ active litigation experience, including substantial High Court, NCLT and arbitration exposure.
Excellent drafting, analytical, research and communication skills.
Ability to handle matters independently, manage timelines and respond effectively under pressure.
Professional, responsible, client-oriented and deadline-driven work ethic.
Remuneration will be competitive and based on skill, experience and track record, with “salary not an issue” for the right candidate (i.e., market-aligned compensation for talent).
