Role Overview
SHR Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Legal Manager to manage end-to-end legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters. The role involves providing strategic legal support to the business, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling contractual and intellectual property matters.
Position Details
Designation: Legal Manager
Location: Kapashera, New Delhi
Work Mode: On-site
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
The Legal Manager will be responsible for:
Providing accurate, relevant, and timely legal advice aligned with the company’s business operations and products
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and business partners
Handling intellectual property matters
Managing corporate governance, secretarial work, and regulatory compliance
Coordinating with regulatory authorities and external legal counsel
Monitoring and staying updated on legislative and regulatory developments affecting the business
