Role Overview
Alfahd Legal Consulting is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Researcher to join its legal team. The role involves extensive legal research, case analysis, drafting legal documents, and supporting case management across UAE courts. This position offers a strong opportunity for individuals aiming to build and grow a long-term career in the legal field.
Key Responsibilities
The Legal Researcher will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive legal research on UAE laws and regulations
Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information related to legal matters
Drafting and preparing legal documents and professional correspondence
Maintaining and updating a structured repository of legal documents and case files
Clearly presenting and explaining complex legal issues and research findings, both orally and in writing
Filing cases across all UAE court systems, including courts in all Emirates
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Hold a higher degree in Law, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Be fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken
Demonstrate strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret legal information
Possess excellent legal drafting and writing skills
Have familiarity with UAE court systems and procedures (highly preferred)
Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
