About the Job:
Regal Law Associates is expanding its litigation team and is looking to hire an experienced Legal Associate with strong courtroom exposure and drafting skills. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple forums in Jaipur. The ideal candidate is a serious litigation professional who can handle matters independently and take responsibility for case management, drafting, and court appearances.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of practical litigation experience.
• Strong command over legal drafting, pleadings, and legal research.
• Experience with court filings, appearances, and procedural work.
• Ability to handle matters independently with responsibility and professionalism.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting petitions, applications, replies, legal submissions, and other court documents.
• Regular court appearances before the Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur Bench), Sessions Courts, Commercial Courts, Consumer Forums, Rent Tribunal, and DRT.
• Conducting legal research and assisting in case preparation and strategy development.
• Managing court filings and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
• Handling litigation matters independently under the firm’s guidance.

Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
