About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Legal Counsel (6-7 years PQE) to join an aviation leader in Gurugram on a 12-month secondment. As a corporate lawyer, you’ll work on high-value commercial contracts, negotiate with complex vendors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general legal advice and support to multiple business areas
• Work on complex commercial contracts and vendor negotiations
• Collaborate with Tech, Ops, Safety, and other teams
• Add in-house aviation experience to your profile

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in transactions (M&A) and corporate advisory
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Law degree from a top institution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
