About the Job:
Wadhwa & Co. is looking for dedicated legal professionals to join its Litigation practice in New Delhi as Legal Trainees. The firm is filling 2 positions. Law graduates as well as final-year LL.B. students are eligible to apply. AIBE qualified candidates are strongly preferred, and preference will be given to candidates based in Delhi NCR. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Eligibility:

• Law Graduate (LL.B.) or final-year LL.B. student (final semester).
• AIBE qualified candidates are strongly preferred.
• Preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in litigation matters before various courts in Delhi.
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, and legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
• Attending court proceedings and assisting senior advocates.

Duration:
Full-time traineeship (PQE: 0-1 year).
