About the Job:
J S Singhania & Co. LLP is looking to onboard a high-potential, execution-driven professional for a fixed tenure of 8 months at its Mumbai office. The role is designed for individuals serious about working in a structured, high-performance advisory environment. Immediate joining is required. Candidates appearing for June/December 2026 exams are not eligible.

Eligibility:

• Semi-qualified CS or Fresher CS.
• Mumbai-based candidates only.
• Work from office (no hybrid/remote).
• Candidates appearing for June/December 2026 exams are not eligible.
• Interns are not eligible to apply.
• Immediate joining required.

Exposure & Scope:

• Corporate law structuring and advisory.
• FEMA / RBI regulatory matters.
• Startup and fund-raising advisory.
• IPO / pre-IPO readiness (select mandates).
• POSH governance and advisory.
• IPR and brand structuring advisory.
• Legal and secretarial due diligence.
• Secretarial audits and regulatory reviews.
• Tracking and implementation of corporate law amendments.
• Legal research, drafting, and regulatory analysis.
• Direct coordination with clients, promoters, and stakeholders.
